Timetables

Study Timetables are a great way to plan out your study when you have multiple exams to prepare for. They ensure that you spend enough time studying each subject at the right times.

BUT - there’s a catch that lots of students fall into when using study timetables!!!

They follow it too closely :-(

Basically what this means is that they don’t allow themselves the opportunity to observe how their study is going and make changes accordingly. It’s important to remember that a study timetable is just a tool to help you space out your study on each subject. But it’s very unlikely that your study will actually progress as planned - you may find that you don’t need to study as much on some subjects while other subjects may need more time and effort. What this means is that you’ll need to adjust your study schedule as you go. This becomes even more important as you get close to the exams.
